Return and Refund Policy

All prints are made to order and prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or preference-based reasons.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at orders@thegildedroom.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged or defective print.

If the damage or defect is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin once the order has shipped. Production time is separate from shipping time.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier claim process where available.
